A rainy, blustery day awaited the loyal HHS Alumni for the 3rd Annual
Alumni Tournament on July 3rd. Eight die hard teams hit the course for
some fun and misery (BRRRR..feels like November) at the Jawbone. The
course was the master for the day and two teams came in tied at 66. The
Otten and Elwood team had to chip off for the bragging rights and the
Elwood team came in as Number 1!! The team consisted of Dane Elwood, Rich
Egebakken, Loren Haarr and Robb Barnhart, congrats guys!!
Our golf Pro, Keithon Walter, from Lewistown is still coming down on
Tuesdays to teach new golfers and help some of the regulars get a few bugs
out of their game. We hope to keep him through July, but we have to keep
him busy.
The resident geese can be seen in the Jawbone Lake or the #6 fairway.
They are sure growing fast, seems they were just little guys a couple of
days ago. No flight yet, but it is not too far away.
The Annual Glo-Ball Tournament is this weekend. If you'd like a whole new
perspective of golf, you really need to come up and play, nine holes in
the light and nine holes in the dark. Dobeck Performance and DFman
Enterprises of Bozeman are the sponsors for this great tournament.
A new tourney has been added to the agenda, with the 1st RED BALL
Tournament scheduled for July 24th. Get your fivesome together for a
great time and remember to sign up before 4PM on the 23rd.
The Bone is in great shape, the lake is full, it's a beautiful green and
it's awaiting YOU!! See you at "THE BONE!"
