I am sure everyone is thinking and wishing the same thing....WHERE IS SPRING? Sure would be nice to have warm weather and some sunshine. It will come, just a little more patience.
Todd Hasbrook has been hired to be the Clubhouse Manager at JCCC. He replaces Ron & Esther Fischer, who have done it for 3 years. Todd is also the Course Superintendent. I think he will have his hands full!!
The tarps came off the greens last Tuesday and have come through the winter fairly well. Again some sun and warmer temperatures will really help.
The Spring fundraiser is in the works and is scheduled for May 7th, the same day as our local Harlo/JG Golf Tournament hits town. The fundraiser will again be a prime rib dinner with all the trimmings,
but it will be a murder mystery dinner, "Murder, Is Par For The Course."
It is the game of the century between Holin Wunn and Birdie Bigelow. Birdie knew she could beat him given the chance and Holin Wunn had finally agreed to the game. Holin Wunn, was 1-up on Birdie
Bigelow when he died. We have 6 suspects and our sheriff needs help in investigating and solving the case.
