Summer has found its way to Montana!!! YAHOO!!!
Come up and enjoy the lush green fairways of the Jawbone.
The resident geese are growing up fast and have been
enjoying the pond full of water. The deer, of course, are
fat and sassy due to all the grass. The golfers are anxious
to enjoy some SUN and FUN!!!
The 4th Annual Alumni Tourney is July 3rd. It is always a great
time to kick off the holiday in Harlo and see some old friends,
meet new and just enjoy the day! Get your team together and come
up and via for the bragging rights!!!
Tournament season is shifting into high gear. The Wheatland Co.
Stockgrowers and the Bud Lite Tourneys held in June were very
competitive and all had a great time.
July 16th will have a Member/Guest Tourney. Watch for details as we
put this all together. The DFman Glo Ball Tourney is scheduled for July
23rd and the Wind Festival on July 30th will round out the month. The
Sorensen Const. Tourney will kick off the month of August.
The annual Fundraiser was a huge success and if you remember, the
Murder mystery, "MURDER, PAR FOR THE COURSE" was solved. Totem
Klubs, the caddy, for Holin Wunn was arrested for the crime. Gopher
poison, motive, opportunity and an umbrella created a perfect crime,
but our special detectives put the culprit behind bars!!!
The Men's and Women's Leagues are finally in full swing. After
several weather delays and just downright COLD, they have hit full
stride.
The Clubhouse is sporting two new windows on the west. Wow, what a
view!! The "Spring Chicks" and the Monday Night golfers purchased
them. A new heating and air conditioning unit has been installed.
Come up and enjoy the new "COOL" Clubhouse on those hot summer days.
Some refreshing drinks are on hand also.
